Lavitech offers Free In Home Estimates. All of our project managers have worked in the field in the past and are intimately familiar with all of the general contracting services that we offer. All of our estimates have a no obligation clause involved with them. When you are ready to proceed with the job a contract will be signed along with a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the project's value. Payments will be made through out the duration of your project with the last payment accepted at the completion of your home improvement project along with your signature on our project completion form. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we promise to do everything in our power to make sure that your remodeling project with us meets your complete satisfaction.
